For active subterranean termites — trench-and-treat the foundation perimeter. Priced by the scenario and the linear footage of your foundation.
Not included in general pest control. Add it to any visit when the yard needs it — misting of harborage areas, standing-water treatment, and perimeter knockdown.
Bi-monthly recurring is a flat $70 per visit — that's $420 a year for six visits of protection, billed at the time of service. No contracts, pay as you go. Larger properties, acreage, and active-termite work get a written quote on site.
The plan that runs the route. Every 2 months, a full inspection and barrier treatment — plus interior and garage service whenever you need it, at no extra charge.
About the warranty: free re-services between your regular visits are included as long as bi-monthly service isn't skipped. If a scheduled visit is skipped, warranty coverage is forfeited for any services completed after that missed visit.
